- Making their only scheduled performance in Germany this year, Iceland's Sigur Ros lead the first acts confirmed for Berlin Festival held at Tempelhof Airport in Berlin, Germany on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September 2012.
Also making an exclusive appearance will be Franz Ferdinand. Other acts confirmed today for Berlin Festival are Cro, Daughter, First Aid Kit, Friendly Fires, Frittenbude, Jamie N Commons, Junip, Paul Kalkbrenner, Kraftklub, Little Dragon, Major Lazer, Morning Parade, Orbital, SBTRKT, , Tocotronic, Crookers (Xberg Club), Digitalism, Dumme Jungs, Metronomy, Modeselektor (Xberg Club), Slagsmalsklubben, and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs.
